COMMITMENT: It takes mutual commitment and stable support to transition you out of old identities. To ensure a grounded integration, we work in cycles of 12 session programs. You will be guided to master the unique flow of your advanced consciousness. You will receive custom exercises nourishing your nervous system, honoring your unique needs, constitution and level of growth. You will have a sequence of structured daily one hour meditation practices and 30 minute somatic contemplation practices and focused study every day.
